A well-established and highly respected organization in the Des Moines area is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to oversee high-volume billing, receivables, and revenue operations while playing a key role in an upcoming enterprise-wide ERP implementation. This leadership opportunity offers the chance to manage a small team, oversee critical accounting and cash management functions, drive process improvements, and help shape the future of the department.   • Lead all daily billing, receivables, and revenue collection operations
  • Supervise and develop a team responsible for customer account services and cash operations

  • Manage cash handling procedures, merchant services, and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Serve as a system administrator for revenue-related applications while supporting ERP enhancements and implementation activities
  • Partner with departments across the organization to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Support annual audit activities and prepare financial analyses for leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3+ years of progressive accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or revenue operations experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience, strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable, billing, collections, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
  • Experience working and training others within ERP systems; Workday or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
