Purpose of the Job:

WorldWide Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Revenue Operations Administrator to manage and continuously optimize our HubSpot platform. This role will maintain data integrity, develop and enhance sales automation workflows, support reporting and analytics, and drive effective platform adoption across our Shipper, Carrier, and Operations teams. Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders, the Revenue Operations Administrator will translate strategic revenue operations priorities into scalable HubSpot solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.

The ideal candidate combines technical CRM expertise with strong business process understanding and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Administration

  • Manage daily administration of HubSpot CRM, including users, permissions, properties, and, workflows.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality standards through audits, deduplication, and process improvements.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot objects, forms, lists, sequences, and automation workflows.
  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot system issues.

Automation & Process Optimization

  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, nurturing, lifecycle management, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with shipper, carrier and operations teams to streamline business processes.
  • Recommend and implement CRM enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent reporting standards across departments.
  • Support integration with Power BI for executive and operational reporting.

Integration Management

  • Participate in the seamless integration of HubSpot into the WorldWide custom technology stack and SaaS ecosystem.
  • Partner with Cloud and Engineering teams to manage API-level integrations and data flows between HubSpot and the broader WWL technology stack. User Support & Training
  • Provide ongoing support for HubSpot users.
  • Develop and continuously update documentation, SOPs, and best practices for CRM usage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related questions and support requests.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 2+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and data management principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred

  • HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Administrator, Marketing Software, Sales Software, Service HubSpot Software, Revenue Operations, etc.).
  • Experience with integration and automation tools
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Transportation and Logistics.
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing operations teams.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
