Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant – Advanced Dental Care of Springfield

Looking for a practice where you'll feel appreciated, supported, and excited to come to work? Advanced Dental Care of Springfield is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team.

This role is primarily focused on instrument sterilization, infection control, and keeping our clinical team running efficiently, while also providing chairside dental assisting support as needed. What You'll Do

  • Sterilize, disinfect, and organize instruments while maintaining the highest infection control standards
  • Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and prepared for patient care
  • Monitor instrument inventory and support efficient clinical workflow
  • Assist the doctor during procedures as needed
  • Prepare patients for treatment and help create an exceptional patient experience
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support day-to-day clinical operations

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of dental assisting or dental sterilization experience
  • CDA or RDA preferred; EFDA and radiology certification are a plus
  • Strong understanding of sterilization protocols and infection control
  • Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar dental software is preferred
  • Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player with a positive attitude
