Overview:

INTECON is seeking Journeyman Workflow Support Specialists to support the U.S. Air Force A33B Mission Assurance Construct Support (MACS) program by enabling Mission Assurance workflows, supporting process automation, and providing direct office workflow support within a Pentagon SCIF environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support implementation and sustainment of Mission Assurance analytical workflows within the enterprise data platform
  • Configure, refine, and document Mission Assurance process workflows to ensure consistency, repeatability, and traceability
  • Support automation of analytical, coordination, and reporting steps within Mission Assurance workflows
  • Ensure alignment of workflows with approved Mission Assurance policy, governance processes, and decision-making forums
  • Support lifecycle management of workflows including version control, documentation, and transition to sustained operations
  • Provide direct office workflow support including document management, coordination, and administrative processes
  • Support data governance practices associated with Mission Assurance workflows
  • Assist with training and onboarding of personnel on workflow tools and processes
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and implement improvements
Clearance Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with caveats. U.S. Citizenship required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution
  • 3-10 years of experience in workflow management, process improvement, or related work
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration and workflow tools (SharePoint, Jira, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting DoD or Air Force staff operations
  • Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or enterprise data platforms
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Prior experience working in SCIF environments
  • Experience with document management and records management systems
