We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Sales Assistant to assist the Sales Operations Manager with the day-to-day tasks. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assist the Sales Operation Manager/Account manager with setting up new products, filling out templates, submitting product information and images, etc.
Job Description:
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Account Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Assist the Sales team in compiling and executing general administrative tasks and keep all information and communication up to date.
  • Prepare product setup and monitor item pricing on website.
  • Create and maintain product listings.
  • Manage product online from initial upload to implementing copywriting, keywords, and promotion plans.
  • Build, analyze, and present reports to support business decision.
  • Contribute strategies to improve sales including content layout across all channels.
  • Conduct inventory management and pricing management.
  • Develop strategies to improve product placement in searches.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven administrative assistant experience in an office environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketplace such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (PREFERRED)
