POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the growth initiatives of the venue. This position will be coordinating, facilitating, and/or performing a variety of administrative, support tasks, and data entry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Financial Duties and Responsibilities

  • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledgers required
  • Perform inventory counts on office supplies, equipment, and staff uniforms
  • Maintain, file, sort, and scan daily reports

Personnel Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist management in planning new team member orientation and onboarding
  • Schedule required training(s) with department managers
  • Assist in maintaining training records/files of all employees

Administrative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering and directing phone calls and assisting with day-to-day office operations
  • Perform accurate data entry and support established office processes to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist managers with daily operational needs and contribute to maintaining organization across office functions
  • Upkeep of office area, reception, break room, conference rooms, etc.
  • Perform any additional duties as directed by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience using MS Dynamics a plus
  • Ability to take ownership of special projects and tasks with little supervision

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend into awkward positions while performing job functions
  • Facility has intermittent noise
  • Must be willing to work weekends and/or special events, if required
