Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all project deadlines are met with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-production milestones with creative teams, photographers, retouchers, stylists, and external talent.
  • Procure and manage samples, props, wardrobe, and supplies for photo and video shoots.
  • Organize and maintain all shoot-related documentation, including estimates, contracts, and talent agreements.
  • Handle the packing, shipping, tracking, and organization of materials for shoots, ensuring timely and safe arrival.
  • Liaise with product management teams for timely receipt and return of samples.
  • Arrange on-set catering and other logistical support.
  • Support photographers and retouchers in optimizing visual content workflow.
  • Assist with various on-set and in-studio tasks as directed by senior team members.
  • Manage financial aspects of shoots, including updating estimates, logging expenses, issuing purchase orders, and processing invoices.
  • License and track stock content as required.
  • Utilize digital asset management systems for asset uploads and metadata editing.
