Front Desk:
- Greet and assist in person visitors.
- Professionally answer and route phone calls.
- Respond to general email inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding College of Nursing programs, services, and university resources.
- Handle inquiries that may vary in complexity and confidentiality.
Convocation & Awards Ceremony Coordination:
- Assist with planning and execution of Convocation and Awards ceremonies under supervision.
- Manage event invitations and RSVPs.
- Coordinate and proofread ceremony program content.
- Create and organize student name cards and individual slides.
- Develop seating charts and assist with logistics.
- Order student award plaques, flowers, and coordinate photographer arrangements.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support office organization and workflow.
- Assist staff with routine clerical needs.
