This is a Full-Time position based at our main office, emphasizing that this role is not eligible for remote working. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our orthodontic department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional support to both our staff and patients.

As an integral part of our team, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance, facilitating effective communication between patients and medical staff, and managing patient records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining the high standards of care that WVPD Partnership is known for.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments to optimize the orthodontist’s calendar and enhance patient satisfaction.
