Job description
Key Responsibilities Manage 17–20 active requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Recruit for machinists, skilled trades, and technical positions, including sourcing and screening qualified candidates Support operations hiring needs specifically for the Huntington Beach location Attend weekly board meetings to review open roles, hiring priorities, and recruitment progress Maintain strong communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment, timely feedback, and a smooth hiring process Utilize ADP ATS (with potential transition to Greenhouse) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records Ensure high attention to detail across job postings, candidate documentation, and hiring workflows Provide updates on recruiting progress and assist in improving hiring efficiency Qualifications Associate’s degree (AA) required Prior experience recruiting for skilled trades, manufacturing, or technical roles Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Experience using an ATS system (ADP preferred; Greenhouse a plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
