About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term) to help scale our engineering organization during a period of rapid growth. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent quickly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building high-quality teams with urgency.
What You'll Do
Own Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage recruiting from kickoff through offer acceptance across technical and business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and drive recruiting strategy.
  • Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.
  • Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates through the interview process.
  • Partner with leadership on offer development and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data, recruiting metrics, and hiring reports.
Drive Hiring Excellence
  • Deliver a fast, organized, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Identify process improvements that increase hiring speed and efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers while balancing quality and urgency.
  • Represent Field AI's mission and attract top technical talent.

What You Have
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting software, robotics, AI, autonomy, or other engineering talent.
  • Experience in high-growth startups, recruiting agencies, or both.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and similar platforms.
  • Proven success hiring passive candidates and filling difficult technical roles.
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
