About the Role

Accellor is seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative focused on replacing legacy Siebel platforms with a next-generation CRM ecosystem (Oracle or Salesforce) while also driving the modernization of content management and publishing capabilities.

This highly visible role will partner with business and technology leaders to define transformation strategy, develop implementation roadmaps, oversee vendor selection and governance, and drive successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

What You'll DoTransformation Strategy & Planning
  • Assess current-state business processes, applications, and technology capabilities
  • Identify capability gaps and define future-state operating models
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap
  • Build program charters, governance frameworks, and success metrics
  • Support business case development, ROI analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) planning
Program Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs across business and technology teams
  • Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and risks
  • Drive Agile and SAFe-based program execution across distributed teams
  • Establish delivery governance, reporting frameworks, and quality standards
  • Track progress against program objectives and business outcomes
Executive Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align priorities and expectations
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive decision-making forums
  • Develop executive-level communications, dashboards, and status reporting
  • Define and monitor transformation KPIs and value realization metrics
Vendor & Partner Management
  • Support vendor strategy, RFP development, evaluation, and selection activities
  • Manage system integrators and third-party implementation partners
  • Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, and service-level agreements
  • Ensure successful execution of statements of work and delivery commitments

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex technology or business transformation programs
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives involving Salesforce, Oracle, Siebel, or similar platforms
  • Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases, and governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, and system integrators
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Experience facilitating steering committees and executive governance forums
  • Strong risk management, dependency management, and program planning capabilities
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to work 3 days per week on-site
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading Siebel modernization or migration programs
  • Experience supporting content management, publishing, or digital experience platform transformations
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or related certification
  • Experience within membership organizations or professional associations
