Acting as a consulting engagement lead, you'll coordinate multiple workstreams, build collaboration across functions, and accelerate progress through clear communication, thoughtful change leadership, and strong execution.
How You'll Make an Impact
Responsibilities
  • Lead value stream mapping sessions to document current operations, identify best practices, and evaluate alignment with future standard templates.
  • Guide fit-to-template decisions by defining what can be adopted, what requires extension, and what needs essential customization.
  • Partner with Business and Finance Digital Transformation leaders to ensure outcomes support strategic priorities.
  • Create and deliver executive-ready communications that clearly explain scope, rationale, benefits, and implications.
  • Build and execute change management and communication strategies that promote adoption and sustained engagement.
  • Lead multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams using a consulting-style delivery approach.
  • Oversee rollout activities in close partnership with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilitate senior-level decision-making and maintain alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the future platform and operating model through structured planning, coordination, and execution excellence.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level transformation programs, including ERP modernization or large-scale platform implementations.
  • Consulting or professional services experience at the Manager or Engagement Lead level strongly preferred.
  • Proven strength in executive communication, storytelling, and presenting complex topics with clarity.
  • Deep expertise in business process analysis, value stream mapping, and fit-to-template transformation approaches.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business, Technology Management, or Digital Transformation (or related field).
  • Exceptional change management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
