Senior Program Manager, Lead-to-Cash Transformation

Position Summary

The Senior Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and governance of a strategic Lead-to-Cash transformation program. This role is responsible for orchestrating multiple interdependent workstreams across business and technology teams, driving alignment to business objectives, and ensuring successful delivery of transformational outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, managing executive stakeholders, and delivering complex programs involving process modernization, technology enablement, customer experience improvements, and emerging AI capabilities.

This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive sponsors and functional leaders, providing leadership, transparency, and disciplined execution throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead planning, coordination, governance, and delivery oversight of a complex, multi-year Lead-to-Cash transformation program.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of the Lead-to-Cash transformation program, ensuring alignment across business, technology, operations, and change management workstreams.
  • Provide program leadership, governance, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams supporting the Lead-to-Cash transformation roadmap
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage program interdependencies, resource coordination, critical path activities, and delivery risks.
  • Drive accountability across business and technology teams to ensure commitments are met and business outcomes achieved.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for program issues, risks, resource constraints, and stakeholder alignment challenges.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define priorities, objectives, and delivery strategies.
  • Coordinate transformation initiatives spanning customer onboarding, sales, contracting, pricing, billing, customer care, renewals, and supporting operational capabilities.
  • Ensure business process improvements, technology modernization efforts, and organizational change activities remain aligned to enterprise objectives.
  • Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.
  • Establish and lead program governance forums, executive steering committees, and status review meetings.
  • Deliver concise and actionable updates to senior leadership on program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, budget performance, and strategic decisions.
  • Maintain RAID logs, executive dashboards, financial tracking, and portfolio reporting artifacts.
  • Support demand management, funding processes, business case updates, and strategic planning activities.
  • Coordinate planning, design, testing, release management, deployment, and stabilization activities across multiple teams and vendors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, and delivery teams.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve execution processes, delivery effectiveness, and team collaboration.
  • Support adoption of modern delivery practices, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships across business functions, shared services, digital teams, technology organizations, external vendors, and executive sponsors.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the program.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven experience facilitating executive governance, steering committees, and leadership decision-making forums.
  • Expertise in program governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, dependency management, and portfolio oversight.
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive results in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting digital modernization, business process transformation, or customer journey improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled business transformation, automation, or agentic operating models.
  • Energy, utilities, retail energy, or customer-focused industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise PMO, portfolio governance, and strategic planning practices.
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
