Location: McKinney, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Monday–Friday)

Compensation: Approximately $95,000 annually


Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager for a full-time, onsite opportunity in McKinney, TX.

This role is responsible for building and managing the operational framework that connects Marketing, Creative, Video, Engineering, and IT to ensure product launches and marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently and on schedule. The Operations Program Manager will own the project management processes and Asana platform supporting the Marketing, Creative, and Video teams while partnering cross-functionally to improve collaboration, accountability, and visibility across the organization.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience administering Asana, developing scalable project management processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and creating executive-level reporting. Experience working alongside Engineering teams and familiarity with Jira are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer the organization's Asana environment, including workflows, templates, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Video, Engineering, and IT teams to document existing workflows and implement standardized project management processes.
  • Build scalable project templates that automate task creation, approvals, assignments, and timelines.
  • Define business requirements for Asana and Jira workflows while collaborating with IT on integration initiatives and continuous process improvements.
  • Lead recurring project status meetings and communicate priorities, milestones, risks, and deadlines across multiple departments.
  • Monitor project schedules, dependencies, resource allocation, and overall project health.
  • Hold project stakeholders accountable for deliverables while proactively resolving overdue tasks and dependencies.
  • Identify project risks early and escalate issues before timelines are impacted.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and project performance metrics to provide visibility into project health and resource needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes while promoting adoption of best practices throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or related experience.
  • Advanced experience administering and optimizing Asana.
  • Proven experience implementing project management systems and operational processes from the ground up.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Engineering, or IT.
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive accountability without direct supervisory authority.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards, reporting, and project performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Jira and experience collaborating on Asana-Jira workflow integrations.
  • PMP or other Project Management certification.
  • Experience supporting product launch or marketing operations environments.
