About the role
The purpose of this role is to collaboratively transition and build Enphase's new products in our contract manufacturing partner's factory at Arlington, TX. This role will own and manage all aspects of NPI Manufacturing including schedule, resources, materials, manufacturing capabilities, shipment and logistics to support Enphase's new product launch milestones. This role will be the single point of contact in the Enphase's US manufacturing organization and will directly interface with the Global PMO organization. The successful candidates thrives in ambiguity, can communicate with different levels in the organization and is a strong/detailed oriented individual.
What you will do
  • Work collaboratively with Enphase's centralized PMO to define detailed build requirements and schedules.
  • Lead pre-production builds on-site at contract manufacturers. Responsible for successfully setting up operations for mass production ramp up
  • Drive materials through contract manufacturers. Resolve material delays through direct engagement with Enphase's procurement organization and/or suppliers
  • Coordinate build by managing trade-offs with regular mass production builds in the factory.
  • Work cross functionally across the Enphase manufacturing and supply chain organization to drive all aspects of NPI manufacturing including but not limited to quotes, materials, capacity, shipment, invoicing.
  • Setup and drive regular project meetings to ensure activities are proceeding according to plan and any risks or challenges is Identified, triaged and resolved in Advance.
  • Present updates to executive management (and/or) project sponsors regarding status, risks, challenges and mitigation actions
  • Lead and Influence Cross Functional Team Members towards Conflict Resolution, Deliverable Progress.
  • Be the de-facto operations leader for miscellaneous projects in US factories.

Who you are and What you bring
  • Strong academic background. Master's engineering degree is preferred.
  • At least 12+ years of strong program management experience in NPI or sustaining operations in the manufacturing function required in electronics, semiconductor or automotive sectors in the US.
  • Familiar with Electronics Manufacturing, and Mechanical Assembly Processes.
  • Knowledge on supply chain operations, demand and capacity planning .
  • PMP Certified will be a Strong Advantage.

The base pay range for this position is $130,000 to $183,000. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits
