Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader, you drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the enterprise software space. You work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using SAP's suite of products. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Drive New Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging industry trends and competitor insights. • Deliver Solution-Based Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based selling to customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. • Ensure Seamless Implementation: Deliver high-quality project implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of SAP solutions. • Foster Customer Relationships: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth. • Stay Industry-Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and SAP's product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.

This position can be preformed anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep Expertise in SAP Solutions: Experience with SAP's suite of products, including ERP, CRM, HANA, and Cloud solutions, with the ability to design and implement tailored solutions for customers. • Proven Sales Leadership: Experience driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the enterprise software space, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Industry Insights and Trends: Deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and SAP's product roadmap, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. • Solution-Based Selling Expertise: Experience conducting needs assessments and providing solutions-based selling to customers, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. • Project Delivery and Implementation: Experience delivering high-quality project implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of SAP solutions.
