Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to lead the execution of a high-profile strategic supplier program. This role will oversee multiple cross-functional workstreams, including governance, executive sponsorship, change management, volume purchase agreements, supplier capability, policy development, and a 360-degree performance dashboard. Governance is the highest priority for this initiative, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating across multiple workstreams, driving alignment, and ensuring successful program delivery across diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- 360 Supplier Performance Dashboard
- Establish and maintain program governance, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business leaders, strategic sourcing teams, and external suppliers.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to provide program updates, facilitate decision-making, and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Manage competing priorities while seamlessly transitioning between workstreams as business needs evolve.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues impacting program success.
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows by understanding how emerging technologies can improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and communications to provide program transparency.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams and supplier partners to ensure consistent execution and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working as a Program Delivery Manager
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional program or portfolio delivery initiatives.
- Proven experience managing enterprise governance frameworks and strategic business programs.
- Strong background in program management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
- Experience leading initiatives involving organizational change management and business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a complex enterprise environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project planning skills.
- Experience working with external vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional business partners.
- Familiarity with supplier management, procurement, sourcing, or strategic supplier programs is highly preferred.
- General understanding of AI-enabled business workflows and digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, or procurement organizations.
- Experience building executive dashboards, governance reporting, and KPI tracking.
- PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or similar program/project management certification is a plus
