GENERAL FUNCTION

The EssilorLuxottica Associate Program Manager - Essilor Partnership programs will play a key role in driving the success of the Essilor Experts program. This role will partner with the sales team to accelerate contracting efforts and develop new program benefits. The associate program manager will support program growth through strategic implementation, monitoring program reputation and champion the Essilor Experts brand identity.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Propel Essilor Experts forward by actively partnering with the sale teams on accelerated contracting efforts.
  • Track delivery and utilization of program benefits as well as perceived value, identifying opportunities to scale and continue to deliver an ECP centric experience. 
  • Develop and execute education events, as a core benefit of the Experts Program. Working with key stakeholders, internally and externally, delivering a top tier ECP experience
  • Collaborate with global partners and creative teams to ensure consistent Brand identity for Essilor Experts.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and implementation to support overall program growth
  • Manage Cancellation reporting summary process and share insights with marketing director.
  • Produce or direct outside vendors, as needed, for developing promotion, sales tools and training materials.
  • Track and manage program budget, ensuring spend is on track.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales with 2 years of experience in marketing, or graduate degree in marketing required.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of optical industry preferred
  • Experience in launching B2B or B2C programs or products
  • Experience in B2B CRM campaign strategy and management
  • Experience managing outside vendor partners
  • Individual should be self-motivated and organized
  • Strong project management, business writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within the combined EssilorLuxottica organization to deliver as a member of the Essilor Partnership Programs teams
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
  • Ability to meticulously manage budgets
  • Ability to lead and/or work in cross-functional groups
