You will be the Subcontract Program Manager for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for driving supply chain excellence across Munitions Acceleration Programs.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Subcontract Program Manager you will be responsible for aligning supplier strategies, negotiating agreements, and standardizing processes across multiple programs.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Develop and manage supplier agreements, terms, and pricing for Munitions Acceleration Programs.

  • Collaborate with functional teams to integrate supply chain processes across all MFC lines of business.

  • Identify and implement common supply chain best practices to improve efficiency.

  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support global supply chain coordination and risk mitigation.
