Standard Job Description
You will be the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr for the Subcontract Program Management team. Our team is responsible for leading material program management activities that translate country strategy into actionable industrial participation, localization, and subcontracting plans.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for driving the execution of KSA IAMD initiatives and ensuring sustainable local content delivery.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead material program management activities for KSA IAMD initiatives.
  • Translate country strategy into actionable industrial participation and localization plans.
  • Develop and oversee subcontracting plans to meet program commitments.
  • Ensure sustainable local-content alignment with the Integrated Air and Missile Defense vision.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to position the organization as a long-term strategic partner to KSA.

  • International program experience in Aerospace & Defense, with Middle East/KSA exposure preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Negotiation excellence and supplier performance management experience
  • Track record developing local suppliers and integrating second sources into production baselines
  • Ability to travel internationally and to work extended assignments in KSA

Desired Skills
  • KSA country experience engaging RSADF and GAMI
  • Working knowledge of LM Acquisition procedures and One-LM governance
  • Domain exposure across IAMD Industrialization Opportunities
  • Demonstrated talent development and team building across culturally diverse, geographically distributed teams
  • Arabic language skills and/or prior in-country experience a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $142800.00 - $265200.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
