Who You Are
Subcontract Management, Staff
What You Will Be Doing
You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk,
performance specification and, DOD and international programs. You will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams.
You'll hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
You'll also lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement
of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global
sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
Prepare bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiate
subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and
administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

• Bachelor's from an accredited college or university
• Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with TINA negotiations
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
• Experience with Complex Government Procurements
• Experience with the Procurement Lifecycle under FAR Part 15 and the various contracting types (Solicitation, Negotiation, Definitization)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
