Who You Are
Global Supply Chain Management, Material Program Manager, Senior Staff
What You Will Be Doing
The Material Program Manager - Senior Staff leader, manages subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and is required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system. Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, transition to program startup, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution, and contract closeout. Makes informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor. Establishes milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. Leads a cross-functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel, to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Further Information About This Opportunity
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access; you must be a US Citizen and possess an Active US Government Secret Security Clearance to be considered.

Basic Qualifications
• Program management
• Experience in formal project management methodologies, and systems analysis tools, processes, and methods
• Experience preparing data/metrics/charts for and presenting to Executive Leadership and/or external customers
Desired Skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or at least 13 years of professional experience in a Supply Chain Management related field
• Experience with Truth and Negotiation Action (TINA) and commercial contract Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines.
• Experience negotiating contracts to closure and giving detailed status of negotiations in process, to Executive Leadership and External Customers
• Experience developing long-term strategies (i.e. financial planning, leading a team, corrective action, process improvements (White, Green, or Black Belt))
• Experience working in SAP as well as Supply Chain systems, tools and analytics.
• Experience with demand reconciliation
• Experience as a Team Lead for procurement and/or sourcing teams.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
