Job Description In this role, the SubcontractProgramManager will lead a global supplychain team that drives the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of accelerationstrategy initiatives across Munition Acceleration Programs.The role will partner with program global supply chain and cross functional teams to ensure a holistic, standardized approach to munition acceleration. Define, prioritize, and govern accelerationstrategy roadmaps for munition programs. Align supplychain acceleration initiatives with overall program objectives and seniorleadership vision

Champion a culture of bestpractice sharing and continuous improvement across global teams. Lead the selection, customization, and rollout of supplychain tools. Ensure consistent usage, training, and data integrity across sites and subcontractors.

Maintain a central repository of templates, SOPs, and lessons learned. Establish a unified riskidentification and mitigation framework. Drive proactive risk assessments, contingency planning, and escalation processes.

Monitor key risk indicators. Design and execute changemanagement plans for new processes, tools, and organizational structures. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure smooth transitions.

Build, mentor, and retain a highperforming global supplychain team. Identify skill gaps, provide coaching, and promote professional development pathways. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

10years of progressive supplychain or programmanagement experience in defense or aerospace. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and external partners. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Desired Skills Prior exposure to munitionspecific programs. Expertise in supplychain tools Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS compliance, and subcontractor management.
