What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional strategic programs from planning through successful execution.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership to align priorities and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop program strategies, roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and execution frameworks.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Build executive-level presentations, status updates, and strategic readouts.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate program delivery by creating first-pass executive communications, risk logs, status reports, and program documentation.
  • Design repeatable AI-powered workflows that streamline planning, reporting, meeting follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into program management processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions across multiple teams while helping resolve competing business priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure execution aligns with technical vision and customer needs.
  • Present program health, resource utilization, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.


What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs within software or technology organizations.
  • Proven success driving enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery.
  • Strong background working with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing Agile development environments using Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing scalable program management processes, governance, reporting, and operational frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

  • AI productivity tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Gemini
  • Jira and Confluence
  • PMP, PgMP, MPM, Scrum, SAFe, CSM, CPO, or similar certifications
  • AWS, Java, or other technical software development experience
  • Enterprise software, SaaS, or digital product organizations
