Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, B2B marketing, field marketing, or executive engagement roles.
  • Proven experience managing executive-level programs or advisory boards.
  • Experience working in enterprise B2B technology environments.
  • Strong project management skills supporting high-visibility, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to apply AI tools responsibly in business operations.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams including architects, engineering, and solution teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Experience:

  • Experience leading executive customer engagement and advisory board programs.

  • Lead planning and execution of annual CAB events and executive programs.

  • Build and maintain AI GTM activation plans aligned with CAB objectives.
  • Translate executive customer feedback into AI positioning and customer engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate internal enablement activities and executive storytelling initiatives.
  • Measure and report program success, engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • Support enterprise-focused events and maintain centralized event tracking.
  • Manage vendor coordination, event budgets, and post-event reporting.

Should Have:

  • Experience supporting C-suite engagement programs.

  • Understanding of governance, security, data readiness, and MLOps/LLMOps concepts.
