The Program Management professional will support the Cybersecurity, Systems, & Resilience leadership team by developing executive-level presentations, managing strategic initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional programs. This role requires a unique blend of executive storytelling, technical acumen, and project management expertise to effectively bridge the gap between engineering teams and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with 4 to 10 years of experience who can quickly learn complex business and technical concepts, operate with minimal direction, and independently drive outcomes. They must be comfortable working directly with technical engineers, translating complex information into executive-ready materials, and managing strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage and deliver key initiatives, leadership priorities, and cross-functional activities across the Cybersecurity, Systems & Resilience organization.
  • Create schedules, lead follow-up meetings, manage risks, and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities across technical, operational, and leadership teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Facilitate meetings, leadership reviews, workshops, and planning sessions, including preparation of materials, action tracking, and follow-up action items with owners.
  • Provide visibility into activity status, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for leadership decision-making.

Executive Presentation Development & Strategic Storytelling

  • Create, refine, and deliver high-quality executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Transform complex technical and operational information into concise, business-focused narratives and visual presentations.
  • Partner closely with cybersecurity, systems, resilience, and engineering teams to gather content, analyze information, and develop executive-ready messaging.
  • Ensure all leadership presentations align with strategic objectives, executive expectations, and organizational priorities.
  • Review and enhance presentations developed by others to ensure consistency, clarity, professionalism, and executive readiness.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by proactively identifying needs, anticipating challenges, and preparing materials that support strategic decision-making.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from executive leadership to highly technical engineering teams.
  • Exercise sound judgment regarding escalation, approvals, and decision-making processes.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business requirements while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve productivity, presentation development, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
  • Apply a continuous improvement (Kaizen) mindset to evaluate and optimize processes, workflows, and stakeholder engagement models.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve organizational efficiency while maintaining quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-10 years of experience in project management, business operations, executive support, strategy, communications, consulting, or related roles.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and briefing materials for leadership audiences.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams, engineering organizations, cybersecurity teams, or other technology-focused functions.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts, synthesize information, and operate with limited direction.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting leadership teams, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional programs.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, infrastructure, systems, resilience, or enterprise transformation organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity, presentation, and content development tools.
  • Experience applying Lean, Agile, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Project management certification or related training.

Key Success Factors

  • Executive-level presentation and storytelling expertise.
  • Ability to translate highly technical concepts into strategic business narratives.
  • Strong program and project management discipline.
  • Self-starter who requires minimal direction and demonstrates high ownership.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt rapidly, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
