Must Skill :: Japanese and English speaking with Supply Chain Background.


Program Manager – Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex programs aligned to business objectives
  • Lead and manage multiple scrum team across multiple products
  • Define program scope, goals, and success metrics in alignment with executive stakeholders
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, Technology, Operations, and external partners
  • Establish and enforce governance, including reporting cadence, decision frameworks, and escalation paths
  • Provide regular executive updates on program status, risks, issues, and key decisions required
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to ensure program stability and delivery
  • Manage interdependencies across projects and ensure coordinated execution
  • Oversee vendor/partner performance, including alignment to scope, timelines, and contractual obligations
  • Ensure financial discipline, including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost management
  • Drive clarity in requirements, priorities, and outcomes across teams
  • Enable effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
  • Facilitate decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendations
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance, and quality expectations
