Sales Associate (Program Advisor) – Shaenfield

Location: San Antonio, TX (Multiple Locations)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Studio General Manager
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission

About the Role

We are hiring Sales Associates (Program Advisors) who are driven to grow our membership base, execute a proven sales process, and deliver a world-class client experience.

This is a sales-focused role, not a front desk position.

You will be responsible for:

  • Following up with leads

  • Booking first visit assessments

  • Supporting the in-studio experience

  • Closing clients into personalized stretch programs

You will report directly to the Studio General Manager and play a key role in achieving studio revenue and membership goals.


What You’ll DoDrive Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Execute the full sales cycle: lead follow-up → appointment booking → in-studio support → closing

  • Recommend the right program based on client goals (not just a one-time service)

  • Achieve monthly targets for:

    • Appointments booked

    • Shows

    • New Membership Units (NMUs)

    • Starter Packs

  • Maintain a 50%+ close rate on qualified prospects


Generate Leads & Build Community
  • Perform daily outreach to new and existing leads (calls, texts, emails)

  • Meet and exceed activity expectations:

    • 50+ prospect contacts per day

    • Weekly text and email campaigns

    • Consistent social media engagement

  • Help drive organic leads through referrals, events, and partnerships

  • Participate in and support local marketing events and pop-ups


Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
  • Ensure every client interaction is professional, welcoming, and educational

  • Reinforce the value of consistency, progression, and long-term results

  • Build relationships that drive retention and referrals


Support Studio Operations
  • Use ClubReady (CRM) to manage leads, appointments, and sales tracking

  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups

  • Support studio cleanliness and organization

  • Participate in team trainings and performance coaching
