Position Summary Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager II to support the delivery of Core Tax technology initiatives that enable critical business capabilities. This role works across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to coordinate priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution of scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience leading complex delivery efforts, improving team operations, and supporting high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

This position is well suited for a leader who can translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, promote accountability, and advance continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle. Work you'll do As an Engineering Delivery Manager II on the Deloitte Technology Product Engineering team, you will be responsible for… * Leading delivery planning and execution for Core Tax technology initiatives across multiple workstreams * Partnering with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to align priorities, scope, timelines, and dependencies * Managing delivery governance, risk tracking, release coordination, and status reporting to support predictable outcomes * Driving continuous improvement across Agile delivery practices, team operations, and software development lifecycle execution * Coaching teams and delivery leads to improve collaboration, accountability, and quality across product delivery efforts A successful candidate would possess these skills: * Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Ability to meet deadlines * Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The Team US Deloitte Technology Product Engineering delivers technology solutions that help enable business priorities through scalable product and engineering capabilities. Within that organization, the Core Tax team supports the delivery and evolution of technology products that improve operational efficiency, strengthen execution, and support strategic business outcomes. Qualifications Required: * 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software delivery, product delivery, or engineering programs * 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, architecture, and operations * Experience managing roadmaps, release plans, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics across enterprise technology initiatives * Experience using Agile delivery methods and software development lifecycle controls for enterprise applications * Experience supporting tax, finance, regulatory, or compliance technology platforms * Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: * Experience supporting product or platform delivery for tax technology solutions * Experience working in a professional services organization or large enterprise technology organization * Experience with cloud modernization, application integration, or workflow automation initiatives * Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans * Experience using delivery and operational metrics to support prioritization and decision-making * Experience leading managers, team leads, or senior individual contributors across multiple workstreams The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,200 to $221,200.
