Role Summary:

  • We are seeking a Program Test Manager in QE transformation, Program Development, innovations, drive revenue, and margin accountability, etc. The ideal candidate should strong in large Test Program/Delivery management, TCoE Set-up, Automation Program Management and managing high performing teams.

Key requirements are:

  • Strong Program/Delivery management and delivery excellence experience
  • Experience on QA Program management, account mining for large Digital transformation program/Digital Engineering.
  • Experience in develop operating model for QE transformation, Program Development, innovations, drive revenue, and margin accountability
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a leader managing high performing teams
  • Strong experience in handling Automation Projects
  • Ability to manage large delivery assignments independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform QE transformation/Program Development implement best practices across projects and programs
  • Ability to develop a testing strategy that is customized and optimized for the situation at hand and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and facilitate actions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A deep passion for quality, attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong client communication and management skills, able to operate on onshore/offshore model
  • Knowledge on Devops delivery model (CI/CD, Jenkins)

Collaboration, Governance & Delivery Alignment:

  • Work with Delivery, DevOps, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure solution feasibility and adoption.
  • Ensure seamless transition from solution to delivery including guardrails, scope clarity, and quality governance.
  • Align solutions with organizational cost models, margin expectations, and client value realization frameworks
