Summary
We are seeking a talented Program Manager with PBM who can coordinate the delivery of our pharmacy solution suite for a state Medicaid program(s). This individual needs to have strong analytical skills, excellent presentation and face-to-face client skills.
Your role in our mission
The Program Manager for Software Implementation is responsible for leading cross-functional programs to successfully deliver complex software implementation projects. This role oversees planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple interconnected projects, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The Program Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, engineering, product, vendors, and customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What We're Looking for this Role to do
  • Identifies sales opportunities and assists the account management team with successful close of sale (including proposal development process).
  • Builds and manages client relationships with State Medicaid clients with support from the Program Director.
  • Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with implementation team, product team, and engineering team to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s); assists in the creation and/or review of client deliverables.
  • Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction for a defined Pharmacy implementation project(s).
  • Oversight and management of specific products/services of a contract or special projects for State Medicaid Utilization Management contracts.
  • Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to management on progress toward business goals.
  • Assist in the development of both internal and external reports to monitor delivery and financial performance.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements, client relationships and satisfaction, and strategic agendas and partnerships.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of Medical Claims, PBM, and / or Pharmacy Solution experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Program Management of a large Software Implementation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across multi-functional team
  • Hands-On experience in SDLC, Agile, MS Project and testing methodologies (SIT, UAT. Performance testing)
  • (Preferred) General technical knowledge of APIs, Integrations, Hosting Infrastructure
