Program Managers are the backbone of our teams, providing purpose, direction and motivation to their teammates and setting a high-performance standard. They manage complex, multi-track projects or small-scale programs by balancing scope, time, cost and quality while maintaining a collaborative environment that promotes individual development.
Program Managers are a critical part of our ability to meet project and program objectives and client business drivers. As a Program Manager, you will:
  • Lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver solutions to our client's most pressing business problems
  • Manage integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs to ensure maximum performance
  • Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Oversee project estimations, staffing and the project deliverables
  • Define key project and program-wide roles and responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain project and/or program communications
  • Defining the project's schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
  • Delivering Agile projects that offer outstanding business value to the users.
  • Supporting the product owner in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer's expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system.
  • Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and fully engaged in the project.
  • Set project quality and performance standards
  • Assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects
