Major/Essential Functions
Recruitment, Visitor Center, and Community Outreach (45%)
- Facilitate and support the accomplishment of established university recruitment, engagement, and retention goals.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the student recruitment plan for the College of Health and Human Sciences (CHHS).
- Track and assess recruiting efforts to adjust the recruitment plan accordingly. Serve as the team leader for undergraduate student recruitment efforts.
- Work with TTU Admissions and Regional Recruitment Centers to strategically utilize existing databases and collaborate on recruitment efforts, including promotion of the CHHS Dean's Scholarship Program as a recruitment tool.
- Complete Academic Information Sessions (AIS) with CHHS Ambassadors daily.
- Update and revise brochures, fliers, and other types of publications associated with recruitment. Place orders and maintain inventory of recruitment materials. Contribute to the social media plan for college as it applies to recruiting efforts.

- Perform administrative office duties, including data entry, scheduling, correspondence, and office operations
- Process travel, P-Cards, reimbursements, vouchers, and purchase orders in compliance with university and State of Texas policies
- Monitor recruitment data and prospect records to support enrollment tracking and reporting
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and recommend improvements
- Complete required university training and comply with institutional policies and procedures

Events & Programs (25%)
- Collaborate with the Student Services Team and Program Manager for CHHS Student Success, Recruitment, and Retention in planning and hosting both local and out-of-town evening scholarship receptions and/or dinners for eligible first-time freshman and transfer students to extend students' formal scholarship offers.
