EPAM is seeking a technology-first ML and AI Projects Delivery Manager to drive business development, partner engagement, and pre-sales activity while overseeing delivery of ML and AI programs. This role bridges strategic business goals with cutting-edge technical execution, leading engagements from sales through delivery in close partnership with EPAM teams. Req# Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end delivery of ML and AI projects, ensuring high-quality, timely execution Manage complex data delivery programs, establishing governance and leading discovery phases Drive strategic ML/AI initiatives leveraging Google Cloud Platform and Gemini Enterprise Build architecture visions, diagrams, and technology roadmaps aligned to business direction Partner with customers and product management to define application and cloud architecture requirements Design and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and align technical strategy Lead the architecture team to deliver optimal, cost-effective solutions Drive pre-sales activities/business development - client demos, architectural proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses focused on GenAI strategy Lead enterprise-scale technical discussions with senior stakeholders Requirements Extensive experience managing technical engagements - solution design, RFP proposals, MVP delivery Background as a Technical Consultant balancing pre-sales and delivery execution Strong enterprise technical foundation across networking, storage, hardware, and software Active Google Cloud Platform certifications strongly preferred
