Location: Plano, Texas (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Applications. This role involves managing multiple related and interdependent technology projects to deliver desired business outcomes. The position requires end-to-end delivery strategy management, from collecting and translating business requirements into program plans to overseeing the technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple, interdependent technology projects to deliver business outcomes.
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end delivery strategy, including translating business requirements into program and project plans.
  • Define the technical execution approach for programs and projects.
  • Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Plan and coordinate project deliverables across multiple service providers.
  • Manage financial estimates, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting for deliverables.
  • Communicate project status across delivery teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Experience in a technical program management capacity.
  • Experience in application architecture is required.
  • Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred.

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
