Leads technical operations programs that validate product and solution readiness across the launch lifecycle. Plans, controls, and manages program scope, schedule, and quality. Coordinates internal teams and third-party resources to deliver beta, early-customer, and operational readiness programs that reduce launch risk and improve field and customer outcomes.
Management Level Definition
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex operational issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or program leader, providing direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision making. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Handles most unique situations. May seek advice to make decisions on complex business issues.
Responsibilities:
Manages technical operations program delivery.
  • Runs new product and solution launch programs, including beta, early-customer, and operational readiness efforts.
  • Medium to high complexity. Local or sub-region scope.

Manages stakeholder relationships.
  • Manages mid to upper level stakeholders across product management, engineering, services, and go-to-market teams.
  • Drives alignment when teams have competing priorities.
  • Escalates risks and decisions to executive stakeholders with clear data.

Manages program governance and process.
  • Enforces lifecycle gate reviews, ownership tables, and decision records.
  • Maintains program documentation and status visibility.
  • Holds cross-functional teams accountable to agreed scope and exit criteria.

Manages risk, issues, and escalations.
  • Identifies launch and readiness risks early.
  • Documents failures, gaps, and root causes.
  • Produces executive-ready summaries and recommendations.

Education and Experience Required
First level university degree. 5+ years in program or project management roles, or in like roles and businesses or relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of operational policies, processes, and methodologies that apply to program management.
  • Speaks with expertise across multiple layers of depth on program management methods.
  • Reads technical context well enough to coordinate engineering, services, and product teams without being the technical owner.
  • Manages ambiguity and competing priorities across functions that do not report to this role.
  • Builds and maintains program status reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility.
  • Writes clear executive communication, including status updates, escalations, and decision briefs.
