Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc., is hiring Program Management Analyst to Work with Global Operations and Quality (GOQ) Business Operations team to provide data, analysis, and reporting for all organizations across GOQ and drive efficiencies and bringing to AMD top talent.  Support the GOQ, Business Operations team through synthesizing data and information and presenting to management.  Review and revision of key training protocols. Work with management to clarify and determine procedures to meet management objectives.  Develop and upgrade automations, software, and systems to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. Develop data pipelines and deploy automations.  Utilize data analytics to create dashboards and reports developing analytical models that guide management on strategic improvements in different programs. Refine and improve utilized software and systems, like SharePoint. Work cross functionally to drive and improve key metrics across organizations.  Automate tracking systems and reporting where applicable. Review current systems, metrics, and materials and analyze data and reporting to identify areas for improving efficiencies.

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Studies, or related field.
