Become a Key Player as a Program Manager - Business Process And Continuous

You will drive cross-functional operational improvement programs that increase capacity and streamline operations for the client. You will partner with stakeholders across Finance, M&A, IT and leadership to deliver end-to-end program and project outcomes. This is a Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. This is a one year contract.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Design, develop, and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end program and project activities following industry best practices
  • Partner with Finance, M&A, IT and other functions to envision and deliver high-quality business solutions
  • Map and re-engineer business processes to ensure lean, streamlined operations
  • Identify and implement process and system controls to sustain changes and solutions
  • Collaborate and manage workstreams in large-scale business transformation programs
  • Influence and drive key decisions related to program priorities and execution
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience including Business Strategy, M&A integrations, Consulting, or Customer Experience functions
  • 3-5 years leading or driving business transformation, operational excellence, or process engineering projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic direction into operational change
  • Experience with operational data analysis methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong change management and stakeholder influence skills

Pay Range
