You'll also collaborate with Apple teams across the world to develop more effective investment strategies and risk management. Finance is essential to upholding our global commitment to perfection, and it is directly responsible for shaping the company's future. Join us, and you'll have an important role in continuing Apple's legacy of efficiency and success.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Transformation Program Manager to spearhead and drive strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing our global business processes, workflows, and operational systems. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future state of our enterprise capabilities, leveraging technology, process re-engineering, and data analytics to enhance the efficiency, quality, and strategic impact of these critical areas. This includes a strong emphasis on leveraging emerging technologies (such as Generative AI) for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, automated performance monitoring, and compliance tracking.
Strong stakeholder management is crucial, requiring close collaboration with leadership, IS&T, PMO, and various business and operational units to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new processes and systems. Furthermore, the role entails developing and executing robust change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives, to ensure a smooth transition for cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will drive initiatives to improve data governance, reporting capabilities, and the use of operational analytics to provide deeper business insights into resource allocation and system efficiency, while also ensuring that all transformation efforts maintain strong internal controls and comply with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or systems consulting roles, with significant proven experience in leading and executing large-scale business transformation initiatives, process optimization, and operational controls.
BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent
