Job description
Responsible to develop and maintain the end-to-end transformation roadmap, establish governance and performance tracking frameworks, and ensure clarity of roles, accountability, and decision-making across multiple teams and organizations. Acting as a central coordinator and advisor, this role works closely with senior leaders to mobilize initiatives, surface and manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of key outcomes.
This position plays a critical role in holding stakeholders accountable to commitments, enabling effective leadership forums, and driving transparency through clear reporting on progress, performance metrics, and risks. The incumbent will lead working teams to execute initiatives, remove barriers, and maintain momentum to achieve sustained operational improvements aligned with strategic objectives.Job Description:

Lead Transformation Planning & Execution (35%)
Translate strategic priorities into an executable program plan ensuring alignment with operational realities and business objectives.Enable Leadership & Delivery Teams (20%)
Coach and guide sponsors, initiative owners, and program managers to drive alignment, ensure clarity of scope, and deliver outcomes tied to strategic priorities.Governance, Risk & Performance Oversight (20%)
Capture and work within governance framework to ensure alignment across accountable teams, proactively manage risks, and provide transparent reporting on progress, outcomes, and dependencies.Execution Framework & Discipline (15%)
Work within a standardized execution framework ensuring all initiatives have clear ownership, defined scope, actionable plans, and measurable performance metrics.Benefits Realization & Value Delivery (10%)
Implement and monitor benefits realization processes to ensure initiatives deliver sustained strategic and operational value on-time and within the defined schedule.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline
Background in project/program management, operational excellence, or consulting is strongly preferred
5-10+ years of experience in consulting, mining, operations, or industrial environments
Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation or strategic initiatives
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels without direct authority
Experience working closely with senior leadership in a high-impact, cross-functional role
