Job Title: Enterprise Cloud & DevOps Architect
Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud & DevOps Architect with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, and modernization strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise cloud and DevOps strategies across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
  • Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom platforms.
  • Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering best practices.
  • Lead cloud transformation, DevOps adoption, and platform modernization programs.
  • Support telecom infrastructure, network services, customer platforms, and 5G initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executives, architects, and engineering leaders.
  • Drive automation, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support enterprise-scale innovation and transformation programs.
  • Promote cloud-first and automation-first architecture principles.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as an Enterprise Cloud & DevOps Architect within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
  • Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom environments.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and DevOps transformation.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Experience leading enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments.
  • Strong architecture, leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Cloud and architecture certifications preferred.
