What you'll do

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years professional experience

  • 1+ years experience leading Copilot adoption engagements

  • 1+ years experience in AI use case engineering and workshop facilitation

  • Ability to map KPIs and develop executive value narratives

  • Knowledge of persona analysis and AI-optimized workflows

  • Experience with Prompt Pattern Labs and AI usage best practices

  • Proficiency with tools such as the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Viva Insights, and Adoption Score

  • Knowledge of AI security and responsible AI use, including the development of guidelines and playbooks

  • Ability to promote Microsoft's responsible AI principles

  • Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or change management

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs

  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Prosci

  • Advanced English proficiency for working in global environments
