What will your typical day look like?

There are no typical days for a Manager in the Organization & Work Transformation practice. You play a key role in a fast-paced environment, leading and delivering strategic change consulting services to our clients, often focused on business transformations supported by the implementation of large-scale technologies. You are part of a team that loves collaborating, taking on challenges and exceeding expectations. Our Organization & Work Transformation practice is leading the way when it comes to helping clients draw insights from the rapid changes happening in the market, developing and implementing tailored strategies to drive adoption, and enabling sustainable changes in the way people work. Demonstrated experience:

  • 8+ years’ experience working in a consulting environment, with 2+ years’ experience managing teams.
  • Experience working within one of the following industries: Energy & Resources (including Oil and Gas) or the Public Sector.
  • Experience working in organizational change management 
  • Proven track record of:
    • Leading and implementing large-scale, complex organizational change management programs.
    • Leading teams of varying sizes that work with tight deadlines.
    • Leading teams and yourself to deliver extremely high-quality work and products at pace.
    • Managing multiple priorities to deliver commitments on time with exceptional quality.
    • Managing diverse stakeholder perspectives simultaneously to drive successful outcomes.
    • Playing a project management role and being able to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities.

Demonstrated abilities:

  • Anticipate the short- and long-term impacts of decisions.
  • Foresee issues and risks to take a mitigation-based approach.
  • Solve problems in situations of high ambiguity.
  • Lead teams through situations of high ambiguity.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across diverse stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
