The Sales Transformation Program Manager is responsible for providing end-to-end orchestration, rigor, and operational excellence across a large-scale Sales Transformation program. 

The Sales Transformation Program Manager is accountable for tracking and measuring initiative progress, managing project plans, owning cadence and logistics for cross-functional meetings, and ensuring disciplined execution.

Working in close partnership with Initiative Leads, this role ensures the transformation moves from strategy to execution with speed, transparency, and accountability—while operating effectively within a complex, cross-functional enterprise environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Own the integrated program plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across initiatives; track progress against objectives, milestones, and value targets; surface risks, issues, and interdependencies early; maintain and actively manage project plans, decision trackers, and action registers; drive consistency and discipline in execution across workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain program-level KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting tied to delivery and value realization; produce regular program readouts for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, decisions required, and next steps; ensure transparency and fact-based communication on timeline, scope, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Own end-to-end coordination for cross-functional sessions including Steering Committees, initiative reviews, working sessions / workshops; manage scheduling across senior stakeholders with competing priorities; ensure meetings are well-structured, outcome-oriented, and supported by the right pre-reads and follow-ups.
  • Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Product, Data/Analytics, Technology team and external partners; support Initiative Leads by removing friction, clarifying ownership, and reinforcing accountability; translate roadmaps into executable plans—including readiness, resourcing, and sequencing for pilots, waves, and rollouts.
  • Own logistics, preparation, and follow-through for workshops and working sessions; ensure clear objectives, agendas, participants, materials, and documented outputs; track decisions, actions, and commitments to closure.
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, project management, transformation management, or consulting.

  • Proven experience running complex, multi-workstream transformation programs in a B2B enterprise environment.

  • Strong command of program governance, planning methodologies, and execution tracking.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High comfort working with senior leaders (VP/SVP/C-suite) and coordinating across matrixed teams.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
