The Digital organization drives this at Arrow by creating scalable, innovative, value-creating digital strategies, capabilities, and operations for the Global Components business.
The Digital Transformation Senior Program Manager is a blended strategic and tactical business role focused on driving digital capabilities to outcomes. This individual must have proven success managing complex digital transformation programs within global organizational structures. The ideal candidate will excel in highly collaborative environments, navigate international operations effectively, and skillfully influence positive change. They should demonstrate proficiency working in matrixed organizations while supporting innovative ways of working and change management initiatives that advance Arrow's digital transformation across Global Components.

What You'll Be Doing:
Process Excellence Champion
  • Design and implement streamlined business processes leveraging deep expertise in end-to-end operations and improvement methodologies
  • Drive consistent process adoption that directly supports business strategies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Establish meaningful metrics that identify performance gaps and partner with business owners to implement targeted solutions
  • Lead change management activities, including communication strategies, training programs, and resistance management
  • Ensure smooth adoption of new processes and digital solutions

Transformation Leadership
  • Drive delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives across diverse business functions, skillfully coordinating between business teams and IT stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance across multiple functional areas, applying business acumen and transformation experience to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Lead operational reviews across workstreams while developing and maintaining comprehensive program scorecards that demonstrate business impact

Strategic Program Support
  • Work independently to develop comprehensive program plans while maintaining transparent communication with key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks, recommend practical solutions, and oversee successful implementation
  • Balance strategic vision with tactical execution to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable value
  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps for digital programs with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Communicate digital strategies, goals, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization, championing the importance of a strong digital experience strategy
  • Partner with senior members of the Digital Products team to develop, maintain, and implement a 1-3 year strategic goal and action plan for Digital Products Digital Operations
  • Cascade Digital Operations priorities to team, lead planning of execution strategies, and ensure successful delivery of objectives
  • Serve as key partner with Digital IT to support driving delivery management

Agility Accelerator
  • Design and implement flexible working methodologies that reduce bureaucracy and enhance organizational responsiveness
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration frameworks that enable rapid decision-making and adaptive problem-solving
  • Balance governance with agility to help teams quickly pivot in response to changes while maintaining operational excellence
