We are seeking an experienced SeniorPrincipal Program Manager to join Autodesk's Go-to-Market Program Management Office (GTM PMO). In this role, you will lead complex, highly visible transformation programs that span multiple functions and business priorities. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, align stakeholders, establish effective governance, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This role combines strong program leadership with a consulting mindset. You will step into complex and often ambiguous environments, quickly identify what matters, connect dependencies across workstreams, frame decisions, and help teams move forward with clarity and urgency.

Responsibilities
  • Drive transformation program strategy and cross-functional execution end-to-end, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Technology to deliver key organizational initiatives and business outcomes

  • Quickly assess existing programs and execution challenges to establish clarity, alignment, and momentum

  • Establish and maintain integrated program plans and governance, including milestones, risks, dependencies, operating cadences, and executive reporting

  • Own cross-program integration, proactively managing interdependencies and driving resolution of blockers

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, surface tradeoffs, and drive timely decision-making

  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities and develop actionable mitigation plans and recommendations

  • Develop and refine PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices that strengthen transformation execution

  • Coach and mentor program managers supporting key strategic initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, transformation leadership, strategy and operations, PMO leadership, or go-to-market transformation

  • Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale programs from strategy through execution across multiple business domains

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior executives and cross-functional teams

  • Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with VP and executive-level leaders

  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance strategic thinking with detailed execution

  • Mettre en place et maintenir des plans de programme et une gouvernance integres, y compris les jalons, les risques, les interdependances, les cadences operationnelles et les rapports a la haute direction

  • Assurer l'integration entre les programmes, en gerant de maniere proactive les interdependances et en favorisant la resolution des obstacles

  • Collaborer avec les hauts dirigeants pour traduire les priorites strategiques en feuilles de route realisables, mettre en evidence les compromis et favoriser une prise de decision en temps opportun

  • Identifier de maniere proactive les risques et les occasions, et elaborer des plans d'attenuation et des recommandations concrets

Qualifications Minimales

  • Experience averee dans la gestion de programmes complexes a l'echelle de l'entreprise, de la strategie a l'execution, dans plusieurs secteurs d'activite

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,000 and $221,430. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
