SUMMARY

The Program Manager, Business Transformation will play a critical role in accelerating what and how Corden implements transformational improvements. Instrumental in driving Corden’s growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives. Through leadership and expertise, drive positive changes, and help the organization adapt to the ever-evolving business landscape.


Provide strategic guidance, hands-on consulting, and execution support to ensure that major process improvements deliver sustained business value. Collaborate closely with various teams across our site including Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Project Management, enabling transformation capabilities and adoption to change across the organization.


Collaborate with the business to provide dedicated leadership in driving cross-functional transformation, aligning improvement initiatives with business goals, and enhancing organizational agility. The Program Manager, Business Transformation is expected to provide leadership, structure, and executional rigor necessary to accelerate business transformation, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and position Corden for sustainable growth and innovation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage multi-year transformation projects designed to ensure the site can meet or exceed the 5 years strategic business plan. This will include the planning, execution, and monitoring of value creation for the transformation program as a whole and each initiative
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and value streams to define transformational goals, develop prioritized execution plans, and ensure delivery to the expected impact
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business operations across Production, Supply Chain, and Development. Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions, and link to financial outcome
  • Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies to equip teams to lead change effectively and to ensure adoption, engagement, and sustainability of transformation efforts
  • Identify and proactively address risks, resistance, and barriers to adoption, developing targeted mitigation strategies
  • Requires a practical, execution-focused mindset combined with a deep understanding of CDMO and Pharma business, and business transformation strategies
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities, cultural shifts, and transformation goals
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in transformation, digital adoption, and change management, incorporating best practices into the day to day

LEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIESIndirect supervision through leadership and project management of site initiatives to program KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field. Ten years’ experience in transformation consulting, large-scale business change initiatives, or operational excellence management. Experience working on high-impact, enterprise-wide transformations. Background in Pharma/CDMO Industry preferred or B2B Industry.


LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
