Job Summary
Climate Pros is seeking a Director, Strategic Program Management Office to lead a high-impact portfolio of initiatives that directly shape enterprise performance and growth. This role goes beyond traditional program management, serving as a force multiplier for the organization's most critical priorities. You will identify and drive the initiatives that move the needle, unlocking value across the branch network through operational excellence, scalability, and transformation. Partnering closely with executive leadership and field teams, you will translate strategy into execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and are fully embedded across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight, operational rigor, and change leadership, with a proven ability to influence across all levels of the business and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Value Creation & Strategic Execution
  • Lead a portfolio of enterprise initiatives focused on value creation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact, needle-moving opportunities across the branch network and corporate functions.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable programs with clear business cases, KPIs, and measurable ROI.

Enterprise Program Leadership
  • Own end-to-end execution of strategic programs, from ideation through implementation and value realization.
  • Drive alignment across executive stakeholders, functional leaders, and field operations.
  • Establish clear governance, decision frameworks, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Coach teams on problem-solving, prioritization, and delivering results in complex environments.

Change Management & Adoption
  • Champion enterprise-wide change management, ensuring initiatives are not only delivered but fully adopted and sustained.
  • Partner with branch leadership to embed new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Proactively address resistance, align incentives, and reinforce accountability across the network.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the central integrator across operations, finance, technology, and external partners.
  • Facilitate structured problem-solving and decision-making using data-driven insights.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to accelerate execution and remove barriers.

  • Track program performance against defined success metrics and communicate outcomes to leadership.
