Job description

Duties: Own end-to-end delivery of multiple NPI Programs Implement Scrum based practices within multiple IT projects and help standardize Scrum practice Setting up processes, dashboards, and stories in Jira daily standups, building appropriate engineering metrics like burn down charts, velocity metrics, resource capacity metrics, etc. Supporting and educating the Product Owner especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog Assisting with internal communication, improving transparency, and radiating information Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments Skills: Proficiency with project management techniques and tools (Agile, Scrum, JIRA, SmartSheet) Experience managing multiple projects with multiple deadlines involving multiple cross-functional teams with competing priorities Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on key points Strong influencing skills with the ability to establish relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the organization Knowledge of numerous and well documented patterns, techniques, and best practices for e.g., Burndown techniques, retrospective formats, bug tracking, story writing, epic writing, velocity metrics, etc. Excellent communication, mentoring and influencing skills Keywords: Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study PMP and/or CSM preferred 5-8+ years of relevant experience as a project manager Skills and Experience: Required Skills: NPI NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION PROGRAM MANAGER PROJECT MANAGEMENT JIRA Additional Skills: PMP PROJECT MANAGER
