As NPI Program Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure Operations Systems perform to the required efficiency, reliability, velocity and scale during Peak Events(New Product Introduction, Promotions), to ultimately enable Ops Business teams seamlessly execute The NPI Program Manager drives process and system strategies to launch products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability for Apple's B2B Channel. NPIs are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple's products. A successful NPI Program Manager is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented, excels in project management, communicates with ease at all levels, thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years minimum of professional experience as a program manager, or team lead in global organizations.
BA/BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science, or Technology
Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization
Proven Expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems
Proven Experience with SAP ECC 6/S4 Hana
Strong understanding and hands-on experience working in a support organization
Experience in Order to Cash flow
Proven Experience in working in both cross functional and global contexts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Executive Presence - proven ability to effectively and succinctly present complex topics, initiatives, post-mortem, proposals to a diverse leadership audience
Strong problem-solving techniques for issue resolution
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our business partners on the status of systems issues and resolution strategy.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills required to serve diverse customer base and deal effectively with escalating issues
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing SLA's for Systems/Application performance.
Proven Experience with Business Intelligence, AI/ML technologies.
Customer Focused: Passionate about the customer experience.
Understanding of the B2B operations fulfillment process.
