Title: Test Program Manager

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (3days onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description

  • Lead the overall engagement and be the single point of contact for the Program
  • Define and execute Test Strategy for Express 2 to Express 3 Migration
  • Define the Governance and Ownership Model
  • Define weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reporting and conduct regular
  • Solid experience in managing test program in a multi-vendor situation, well versed in articulating the issues, risks, and mitigation plans with client stakeholders
  • Assess the Knowledge gaps, define the Knowledge Transition requirements, and create Knowledge Transition plan
  • Lead the Knowledge Transition from the current team and manage the overall transition to the ramp up team
  • Oversee the automation transformation as committed in the SoW
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, participate in strategy/ technical discussions, and ensure alignment
  • Lead the TestRail Implementation plan
  • Establish metrics dashboard for the program and ensure periodic reporting to client stakeholders
  • Experience with P&C Insurance is an added advantage
