This role is critical to ensuring compliance with technical and business objectives, managing governance schedules, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track from concept through manufacturing ramp.   • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with prior experience in a Program Management and governance role or other product development role (product engineering, test engineering, device engineering, etc.)

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is team player who is able to work with the global new products development teams and cross-functional organizations to identify opportunities and drive NPD process and execution efficiency and productivity for the company.  

  • Manage a complex governance programs and approvals involving:
    • New Products and Technology Development
    • Intellectual Property (IP) management
    • Package Development
  • Support development and execution of governance plans to ensure compliance with technical and business objectives
  • Manage the project schedules to meet critical milestones and commitments
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive schedules, consensus, and communication
  • Provide technical cross-domain support for issue resolution to keep projects on schedule, within specifications, and maintain quality standards 
  • Track and report on governance progress to stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful
  • Strong problem-solving skills, consistently successful in implementing systematic solutions
