Job Description:
The Quality Program manager for the Chandler Assembly site will be a senior member in the Foundry APTM (Advanced Packaging Technology Manufacturing) Quality and Reliability Team.
Primary responsibilities will be measuring and reporting on Chandler Site Quality, generating and implementing Factory Quality Improvement Programs, and supporting Quality Meetings and Quality Improvement Teams at the local factory they represent.
This Engineer will also play the role of Site Auditor and drive the ISO9K/IATF Cert and internal audit program. They will play a critical role in driving a proactive quality culture and improving quality systems within assembly manufacturing operations.
This role focuses on leading initiatives aligned with Intel's Foundry Quality Pyramid, partnering cross-functionally to identify risks, prevent excursions, and implement hard fixes across the factory.
The engineer will also support the delivery of healthy QMS elements for new technology certification and ensures continuous improvement of quality metrics and systems.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters/ Ph.D. in Electrical, Chemical, Material Science Engineering, and Physics or a related field of study.
- 3+ years technical experience in Semiconductor industry, including demonstrated expertise in Quality Management tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, change control, etc.) and quality control standards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques and Fab operations.
- Advanced packaging process and system knowledge.
- Post fab process knowledge (assembly and test).
- Experienced in model-based problem solving.
