The Global Information Systems Group is dedicated to the success of Lam through providing best-in-class and innovative information system solutions and services. Together, we support users globally with data, information, and systems to achieve their business objectives.
The impact you'll make
As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.
What you'll do
  • Lead programs [insert group/functional area] related projects to solve complex business problems.
  • Build solutions that will improve [insert relevant] business processes and support critical business strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
  • Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Who we're looking for
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred qualifications
  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
