This position allows for flexible work arrangements in a remote setting. Using secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, your practice will be predominantly virtual. • Conduct individual, couple, or family therapy sessions through telehealth by assessing clients' needs and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific concerns.
• Develop comprehensive, trauma-informed treatment plans with a cultural responsiveness to effectively address the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients.
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation within our integrated Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Participate in voluntary peer consultation groups and educational opportunities for continuing professional development, enhancing your capabilities and clinical knowledge.
• Provide care that embodies your unique clinical orientation, utilizing methods that may include somatic approaches, relational frameworks, and integrative therapy techniques.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California is a must.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in telehealth settings.
• Strong documentation skills paired with a comprehensive understanding of BBS and HIPAA compliance to ensure client confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR), teletherapy platforms, and remote work technologies.

• Experience providing culturally competent, affirming care to clients from various backgrounds.
• Previous involvement in client-focused team settings where collaboration and case consultation were integral to service delivery.
• A familiarity with the unique challenges of clients in detox and recovery settings, as well as effective treatment modalities.

Hollow Bay Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
