Primary Location: San Jose, California
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Program Manager - Oracle Fusion Transformation for our premier client in San Jose, California.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of IT Program Management experience.
  • 8+ years leading large-scale Oracle ERP/Fusion transformation programs.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Experience managing global implementation partners such as Oracle Consulting, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, or Cognizant.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
  • Experience with program governance, PMO best practices, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including:
  • Financials.
  • Procurement.
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Manufacturing.
  • Inventory.
  • Order Management.
  • Human Capital Management (HCM).

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall Oracle Fusion Transformation Program across business and technology teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CIO, executive stakeholders, implementation partners, and business leaders.
  • Coordinate multiple Oracle Fusion workstreams including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HCM, and Enterprise Integrations.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Drive program governance, steering committee meetings, executive reporting, and decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end program planning, budgeting, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and system integrators.
  • Drive organizational change management, communication, user adoption, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure successful migration from legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Monitor program health through KPIs, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive status reports.
  • Resolve complex program issues and escalations while ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
