Transformation Program Leadership

  • Assist leadership in the Development & Execution of Transformation Strategy: Create comprehensive transformation roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with RBC's business objectives and operational vision
  • Manage Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate executive-level collaboration, build consensus across business units, and ensure alignment throughout transformation journeys
  • Execute Change Governance & Frameworks: Implement governance structures, change management protocols, and organizational frameworks to support transformation
  • Lead Transformational Change Initiatives: Spearhead large-scale change programs, managing transitions, stakeholder adoption, and organizational culture transformation
  • Manage Transformation Progress & Outcomes: Manage integrated plans, critical paths, and milestones for transformation initiatives. Proactively mitigate program-level risks, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and support escalation processes. Develop presentations and reports for executive forums.

Transformation Program Analysis

  • Develop transformation strategies: Create comprehensive roadmaps and business cases for enterprise-wide initiatives, aligning with RBC's operational vision and industry objectives.
  • Investigate and analyze business situations and identify options for business improvement, perform a gap analysis between current and future states; assess and recommend highest value-added solution options
  • Develop Strategic Insights & Analytics: Leverage advanced data analytics and market intelligence to inform strategic planning and transformation decisions
  • Optimize Technology & Process Investments: Guide strategic investments in technology and process improvements that support transformation objectives, establishing priority and portfolio objectives leveraging business analysis expertise understanding business context and the impacts of the proposed change to people, processes, organizational structure, policies, and technology
  • Design Future-State Operating Models: Partner with the Business partners to conduct problem analysis, Architect innovative models that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and competitive positioning

Required Competencies:

  • 5+ years in program management, transformation, or strategic consulting within financial services.
  • Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities
  • Ability to articulate compelling organizational vision and transformation narrative
  • Enterprise-wide perspective and systems thinking
  • Business acumen and understanding of competitive landscape Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders

For Minneapolis: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $90,000 - $150,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
